• Plywood stands up to moisture better than particle board, especially in sink boxes

• Pulling a hinge in particle board will generally pull an entire chunk of material out of the gable

• We use E0, furniture grade 9 ply plywood which is the lowest emission plywood in the market

• All pieces of the box are cut on a CNC (computer numerical control) cutting machine

• Interiors are finished with a natural stain and UV hardened clear coat

• Boxes with glass doors are finished inside to match the door color

• How to check the center panel – find a prominent grain in the wood and look at the door from the back 

• Outside 3/8” of the center panel is stained prior to assembly

• Rubber ball bearings in the frame hold the center panel in place and eliminate rattling

• Rails and Stiles are much wider than competitors’ doors

• Selecting a door with a slightly rounded edge will soften the lines at the door/drawer junctions

• There are a number of options for how the cabinets can ‘Look’ : European or Frameless, Full Face Frame, 1 ¼” Over lay, Framed Inset, Beaded Inset
